Thanks to Culture To Table and Jenn Bakos Photo who put together an incredible food photography workshop with Nomad Bakery, I was able to learn the ins and outs of authentic, artisan bread making.
Cheryl is the heart and soul behind Nomad Bakery, a business she’s created out of her home. She uses organic and authentically sourced ingredients and the time-honored traditions to prepare and make her breads-sometimes it means a little extra time and effort, but boy is it worth it. (If you could see the crumbs in my keyboard as I’m typing this, you’d understand.)
I won’t clog up this blog with too many more words because… Mmmmm… Pizza!
(Yes, that IS a fiddlehead pizza!)
Hungry for more? Check out Nomad Bakery-Cheryl offers artisan classes in her home bakery kitchen and sells her tasty treats at nearby stores and farmers’ markets (and some are even available by special order)!
